BRANDING: CASE STUDY
Branded By Greenville
Branded by Greenville is a Creative Solutions agency specializing in website, branding, and advertising services. This client sought a rebranding that was simple, fun, and unconventional. The resulting brand focuses on upbeat shapes and colors while maintaining a minimalistic visual approach

The Process
1. Empathy Map and User Personas
Empathy Maps gather demographic information about a business’s user base. This information can then be used to create User Personas, or representations of an ideal client or user.
2. Stylescapes
“Stylescapes” are long mood boards that allow a glimpse into the desired future  state of a brand. Each stylescape references one of the user personas, allowing for multiple visual directions to choose from. "The Offbeat" stylescape was ultimately chosen for this rebranding.
3. Color and Typography
4. Logo Creation
Branded by Greenville’s logo is a paper airplane, reflecting the creativity and dedication to growth felt by the team of professionals. There is also subtle imagery of the Liberty Bridge, an iconic symbol of the city in downtown Greenville.
5. Brand Application
6. Brand Standards Manual
A 22-page Identity Manual acts as a guideline for Branded by Greenville’s main assets, including color
usage, typography, shape systems, and logo clear space. Also features the company’s main values and goals.
